MAPLE LEAF KINGSLEY International School is located on the outskirts of Subang Jaya, about 40 minutes southwest of the city center of Kuala Lumpur. It is situated in a peaceful area surrounded by nature.
Maple Leaf is an educational organization that manages multiple schools across China, North America, and Southeast Asia, and Kingsley is one of them. The campus is spacious, and the facilities are well-equipped. One unique feature of this school, which you won’t find in other schools, is that students can take horseback riding lessons (at an additional cost). They have several horses, and offer professional riding classes.
Inside the school, there are gymnastic equipment such as parallel bars and balance beams, and it’s rare to see both horseback riding and gymnastics equipment at other international schools. The tuition fees are affordable, and with such excellent facilities, the school is very popular. In some grade levels, there is even a waiting list.
One of the distinguishing features of Kingsley is the wide variety of extracurricular activities available to students.
What I noticed during my visit to the school was that whenever I passed by the students, they all greeted me.I thought that they were being well-educated in terms of morals.
In a communal living environment, it is very important for each individual to have a sense of morality.

Below is an excerpt from the school's website.
The Maple Leaf Kingsley International School integrates a British curriculum that nurtures young students throughout their adolescent years. Students are exceptionally bright as they mould them in a bully-free environment, equipped with cutting-edge tools.
Fondly known as Kingsley – they are a homegrown international school established in 2011. They have garnered recognition from Malaysians and Expatriate parents alike through devotion in moulding the next generation and exceptional British curriculum.
They place a great significance in educators because they believe when educators are uplifted, they uplift those in their care.
They motivate students to live purposefully and fearlessly by modelling important values within the environment. They believe that resilience, self-discipline and the ability to relate to others are vital achievements to stimulate a child’s learning and holistic development. Students are moulded through firm yet kind actions, building strong trust and giving genuine care. They have learned that authentic connections not only make students feel valued but empower them from within and encourage the youth to go further.
