Visit to a Malaysian International School
Cranbridge International School is located in the Chan Sow Lin area, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This area used to be a light industrial zone, but recent years have seen significant redevelopment. New buildings with restaurants and condominiums have been built, and more people are moving into the area. Construction of new residential buildings is also ongoing.
As a relatively affordable school located in the city center, Cranbridge offers simple and minimal facilities. However, the number of students has been increasing in recent years. There are condominiums within walking distance of the school, but they are in high demand and vacancies are rare.
Here is an excerpt from the school's official website.
We are living in a rapidly changing world where all the work of tomorrow will be essentially tied to proficiency in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
Choosing the right kind of education that puts emphasis on STEM and incorporates humanities into the curriculum unleashes your child’s creativity and critical thinking skills essential for the child to become a lifelong learner. Our teaching team comprises of passionate educators sharing a common philosophy that All children Can and Will learn.
Stress free and positive peer interactions are just some of the attributes that contribute to a conducive learning environment imperative for your child’s emotional and mental state of mind to excel academically and explore his/her latent talents.
With the right learning environment, we are confident that any child can be nurtured from an average student to a high achiever and to one that excels in a holistic spectrum of academic and interpersonal endeavours.
※What is STEM Education?STEM education is an integrated approach to learning that combines four key disciplines: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
Key Points:
Hands-on Learning: Applying theoretical knowledge through experiments and projects.
Problem-Solving Skills: Emphasizing critical thinking and creative solutions.
Real-World Relevance: Understanding how these four disciplines work together to address real-life challenges.
Career Preparation: Equipping students for high-demand fields such as AI, robotics, and biotechnology.
STEM education helps students develop skills in these areas, empowering them to tackle future challenges with confidence.
