■周圍環境 SURROUNDING：
It is located in Higashi-Shinjuku (東新宿) and Shin-Okubo (新大久保) lifestyle areas with convenient transportation and abundant living functions. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, our building is surrounded by a variety of restaurants (in addition to Japanese cuisine, Shin-Okubo is also the base of Korean cuisine and various Asian restaurants), large and small supermarkets, Donkihode Stores, hundred-yuan stores, drug stores and convenience stores.
Nearby Waseda University (Faculty of Science and Technology). It is only 15-minute walk to the bustling student area: Takadanobaba (高田馬場) and 20 minutes to Shinjuku Sanchome: Isetan Department Store, Lumine Department Store and Big Camera.
位於交通便利，生活機能充實的東新宿・新大久保生活圈。雖然公寓位於在安靜的住宅區，出了巷弄，周圍有琳瑯滿目的餐廳（日式美食以外，新大久保更是韓國料理和各種亞洲餐廳的大本營），大大小小的超市，唐吉訶德量販店，百元店，藥妝店和便利店。
附近就是著名私校早稻田大學理工學部，徒步15分鐘可到熱鬧的學生城高田馬場，20分可以抵達新宿三丁目伊勢丹百貨，LUMINE百貨和Big Camera等商城集中區。

ーCheck in Office and 24-hour self-service luggage room are located in Room 203 in the same building (Fukuya).

ーCheck-in time: 4 pm | Check-out time: 11 am
ーPlease go to the Check in office to proceed check in. We will take you to the room where you are staying and introduce the equipment and
surrounding environment.
ーIf you are unable to complete the check in procedures during business hours ( Weekdays 11: 00-21: 00 // Holidays 11: 00-18: 00 ),
please inform us in advance. When we receive your complete information and a copy of your passport, we will share self-check-in guides
and information about the home stay.
